Trustee Work

We work as architectural consultants alongside a number of solicitors involved in providing and equipping properties for trust beneficiaries – including Wrigleys in Sheffield and Mintons in Leeds.

Haxton Koyander recognise the sensitive nature of this work and are constantly aware of the need for attention to detail, budget constraints and the fact that in many cases we are creating a home not only for the principle client, but their family too.

Work can include the sourcing and identifying of new and appropriate properties and then making the necessary conversions for their clients to enable the lives of the client and their families to continue and flourish.
